A description and inventory (furniture, equipment, utensils, linen, etc.) are included in the rental contract and provided in the apartment manual upon arrival. In the absence of immediate observations or written notice within 24 hours, the apartment shall be deemed delivered in good condition and accepted without reservation.
In case of delayed arrival, the tenant must inform the owner.
