Conditions-booking

The apartment is rented all year, from 85 euros per night (low and medium season), for 3 adults and with a minimum of 4 nights (7 nights in high season.


• From 1 to 3 children under 16 years can sleep for free on the sofa and in the 2 drawers of the small bedroom and sofa.


• baby and child under 2 years old: free of charge in existing beds,
or in cot (on request) to be placed in the living room (max 1). High chair on request.


Maximum capacity: 3 adults + 3 children under 16 years old.
All-inclusive price, bedding, towels, exit cleaning, basic cleaning products, etc ...
Tourist tax: 1,40 € per adult / per night.                   

Payment:
30 %when making the booking ,by credit card (PAY NOW button below). Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival; you will have to pay 30% if you cancel within 14 days prior to arrival. If you do not show up, you will be charged the full amount.

The deposit of 150 euros is payable in cash on the day of arrival, or as a pre-authorization on your credit card and is returned on the day of departure in the absence of damage.
The Paypal (PAY NOW) button below will allow you to pay any amount, either by using your credit card, or directly from your Paypal account if you have one.

CONDITIONS GENERALES DE LOCATION V02.2019 

 (Applicable to all direct bookings  and whenever stipulated on the website of the OTA-(online travel agent)

1 Length of stay The tenant shall in no case avail of maintaining himself in the furnished apartment at the end of the agreed rental period.

2. Making the booking : The Lease becomes effective upon receipt of confirmation by the owner for direct bookings, or by the OTA for reservations via a booking platform

3. Cancellation                                                                                                                                                                                                                       3.1  for direct booking: free cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival, 30% billing of the total rent for late cancellation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          3.2  reservation by OTA : according to the conditions of the OTA which  made the reservation.                                            3.3  If by extraordinary, we, owners, cancel your reservation for a reason other than an act of God, we will refund any rent already paid, plus a compensation equal but limited to the amount of an initial deposit defined as 30% of the total rent.

4. Arrival
Arrival after 3 pm; Departure before 10 am.
If not already paid, the balance of the rent must be settled on arrival to obtain the keys.
A detailed description and an  inventory (furniture, equipment, utensils, linen etc...) will be presented in the property manual and in the absence of immediate or written observations within the following 2 days , the property will be deemed having been delivered in good state.
 If your arrival is delayed, you must contact  us  so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the arrival date and you do not advise us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any amount already paid to us. 

5. Using the  property
You agree to comply with the regulations set out in   the property manual provided to you and any other regulations reasonably specified by us from time to time and ensure that they are observed by all members of your party and guests , including for using the 2 large pools which can be used by the residents of the Paradisier in season . You agree to keep and leave the property and the furnishings, including items such as kitchen equipment, crockery and glasses clean and in good condition. You agree not to cause any damage to the walls, doors, windows or any other part of the property nor to do anything that may be reasonably considered to cause a nuisance or annoyance to us or to any other occupier of adjoining or neighboring properties. You agree to take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal belongings and the property itself  for instance by closing all doors, windows and shutters  in case of absence.
 
The Apartment, located within a peaceful building, is rented for the sole purpose of family vacations or as housing of professionals on assignment in the region, group gatherings, celebrations like weddings, large anniversaries etc... involving numbers of outside guests and their cars , do not fall within the scope of the present contract. You cannot allow more people to stay in the property than expressly authorized, nor can you significantly change the makeup of the party during your stay in the property, nor can you take your pet into the property unless it agreed with us in advance. If you do so, we can refuse to hand over the property to you, or can require you to leave it. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancellation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for fees, rents  already paid to us in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion.
You agree to allow us or any representative of ours access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay for the purpose of essential repairs or in an emergency. 

5.bis  Using the internet connexion- Hadopi Clause 
"The user with access to the internet undertakes not to use this access for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communicating to the public works or objects protected by copyright, author or by a neighboring right, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games, without authorization. The user is informed that a sharing software, when connected to the internet, can automatically provide downloaded files. If a sharing software has been used to download protected works, it is best to disable it. 
The user is also obliged to comply with the security policy defined by the owner of the Paradisier Apartment Mougins, as well as the rules for the use of the internet network and  equipment. 
It is recalled in this connection that the owner of Internet access, in this case the owner of Paradisier Apartment Mougins , is obliged to secure this access so that it is not used for the purpose of reproduction , representation, making available or communicating to the public works or objects protected by copyright or a neighboring right, under penalty of incurring criminal responsibility. 
This responsibility of the owner of the access does not exclude that of the user / tenant who may be charged with an offense of counterfeiting (Article L. 335-3 of the Intellectual Property Code) ".

6. Insurance
The tenant is responsible for damages caused by himself. Accordingly you make your own business to  ensure that each member of your party is covered by comprehensive  insurance policy with extension for your holidays abroad , or a specific insurance covering clearly all the potential liabilities of your group towards third parties , in relation to your renting of the villa described separately, and will  justify the same at first demand. We declare on our part that  the property has never been  the object of any natural or technological disaster.
 
7.Damage / security deposit
The Damage Deposit may be used for any repair and/or replacement of the Property, furnishings, fixtures and fittings that are necessary after your stay. Unless the security deposit is handled through the OTA,  we will return the Damage Deposit to you following the return of the keys to us, less any deductions in accordance with the conditions listed above.  We will normally do so on the day of your departure including in cash if you wish so, however, in the case of serious damage requiring quotations or visits of professionals it could be returned within a maximum of 2 months.  The Damage deposit can be replaced by a damage  insurance in agreement with the property owner, or provided by the OTA. The damage deposit can never be considered as part of the rent.
 
8. Complaint
If  you have any cause for complaint it is important that you contact us as promptly so that remedial action is taken as soon as possible. Any complain raised after your departure must be done in writing within 3 days..
 
9. Our liability
Our maximum liability for losses you suffer as a result of us acting in breach of these terms and conditions is strictly limited to the total rents  you have paid for the booking plus the indemnity described under 3.2 above. 
We shall not be liable to you for any personal injury or damage to or loss of personal property, except where the injury, damage or loss is caused by our negligence.
This does not exclude or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation; or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or limit, or attempt to exclude or limit, our liability.
 
10. Law
The contract between you and us is governed by the law of  France  and we both agree that any dispute, matter or other issue which arises between us will be dealt with by the Courts of France.
 
11. General
You may not transfer your Booking or any rights and responsibilities under these Booking Conditions to any other person, without our prior written consent.

This apartment, ideal for couples with children or three  adults, is located on the second floor of a small 3 level building in a quiet area near the historic Village of Mougins, between sea and mountain.
Available for vacation rentals all year round. 3 rooms; total area: 54m², Initially, a 2 rooms apartment across the building with 2 balconies, transformed in 3 rooms with a single covered balcony , facing South .

 1 common square room, air-conditioned, 22 m², with TV (TNT + SFR TV + foreign channels) WIFI / ADSL, communicating by a sliding Bay window with South balcony.
Table with 6 chairs (Ikea style), table and lounge chairs, wooden support sofa forming comfortable bed (1.90 x 0.80 m) and containing a second mattress (1.85 x 0.80 m) for young children, in the drawer below (see photo).
 1 Air-conditioned room (9 m²) with double bed (1,60 x 2 m), wardrobe, table bedside lamp, radio, door communication with the second bedroom by glass door (+ electrical shutter) .
 1 air-conditioned room, former balcony converted into a small bedroom (7-8 sqm), cupboard, table bedside lamp, bay windows with views of the mountains of Grasse / Mouans-Sartoux. Bed (0.90 m x 1.80 m) with additional mattress (1.80 x 0, 90 m) in the drawer below, for young child (see photo).
 Fully equipped kitchen: 3 induction plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator, range hood, dishwasher, coffeemaker, Toaster, kettle etc...
 1 Bathroom with window, hot water tank 250l, new shower, washbasin, washing machine (electric dryer on the balcony).
 1 Independent WC.
 1 Closed Garage in the basement with elevator to the third floor.

Your personal information from this secure website in HTTPS, or all paper documents, are only accessible to the owners of  Apartment Paradisier Mougins, who keep them confidential. We do not sell your data or offer third party products or services on our website.
All credit card transactions are processed by secure gateway providers and are not stored or processed by us.

Data retention period

The data are kept in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to vacation rentals. Paper contracts must be kept for 5 years, accounting documents are kept for 10 years, as accounting proof.
